Volunteer

For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

We depend on volunteers! Our church is smaller than many in Middle Tennessee so we do not have the luxury of hiring a large team to carry out the ministry God has given us. Over the years the Tusculum Hills difference is found in the way our people use their creativity, talents, and gifts to serve one another and the community.  If you want to be a part of the team, there is a place of service for you.

HOME Group Leadership

Teaching the Bible, encouraging spiritual growth, and providing care to the members of a HOME Group, from our youngest to our most mature groups, AND starting new groups to reach people is key to revitalizing your faith and the faith of others in our community.

Music Ministry

Singing in the Choir, Playing in the Orchestra, Teaching a Children's Choir, helping with our Tech Team running sound or managing the video production and presentation of the service.

Administrative Volunteers

Take a shift for 3-4 hours, one day a week or one day a month. Answer phone calls and serve as a hospitality host during business hours to welcome those who come to walk in our gym, meet with a pastor, or have other appointments in our church.

First Impressions

Landscape, trash pick-up, window cleaning, light repair work, decluttering our classroom and meeting spaces.

Care Leaders

Visiting members in hospitals and long-term care communities to represent the ongoing care and prayer support that Tusculum Hills has for those in need.

Evangelism Team

Prayer walking our neighborhoods, being a part of outreach efforts, leading worship services in local care communities, serving in the Cares Closet, and finding ways to share the gospel with others in our mission field.

Serve in our church

Use your unique gifts to help build the Kingdom.

God has gifted you to serve and when you use your God-given gift to meet a need in the name of Christ, everyone is blessed. Those you serve are blessed, those in your church family are blessed, and you are blessed.
